With 40 car parking spaces in the basement and about 200 secure bicycle spaces, it is perfect for the fine domestic scale area and the industrial scale area.

In the Hanover Quay neighbourhood you’ll find different amenities and services like hotels, bars, restaurants, retail unit and a lot more. The south blocks is occupied by corporate users like State Street, Beauchamps Solicitors. BNY Mellon, Facebook, McCann FitzGerald, Google and Mathesons.

Hanover Quay #5 will be an office building on the waterside of the lake Liffey and a beautiful view. The completion due is in the first quarter of 2018.
