Reynaers Ireland currently has a job opportunity for the following:

Position:         STORE PERSON

Shift:               Day shift

Job Specification as follows:

  • Check-in all delivered fabrication accessories into the store
  • Tight inventory control of all accessories using Horizon® computer software
  • Carry out periodic stock counts while liaising the account dept.
  • Separate all incoming accessories by project and fabrication stage
  • Issue project accessories onto factory floor ahead of time
  • Maintain stock of all consumables (silicone, glue etc.) and requesting reorder when needed
  • Maintain all stock and store in orderly and organised manner
  • Prepare and segregate daily outgoing delivery (quantity & quality check) prior to loading
    • Immediately report any issues
  • Check off outgoing delivery related paperwork
  • Report exact delivery quantity to Supply Chain & Logistics Manager prior to loading
  • Carry out all tasks with production efficiency, quality and customer service as priority
    • Make management aware of anything that might compromise this
  • Cooperate with management with implementation of lean manufacturing initiatives taking the lead where requested in role of Lean Champion
